Terms of Service

Dungeon Keeper is a Discord bot and web portal that help server owners and staff manage verification, leveling, automations, moderation, and partnerships. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dungeon Keeper bot, the portal, and any related services (together, the Service).

By inviting the bot to a Discord server or signing in to the portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Massine Mouha, an independent developer, under the Dungeon Keeper name. "Dungeon Keeper", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Massine Mouha. You can contact us at [email protected].

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by Discord in your country, to use the Service. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You must also comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Service.

You sign in to the portal through Discord OAuth using the identify scope. We receive your Discord user ID and username or display name. We do not receive or store your Discord password, and we do not access your private messages.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Discord account and for keeping access to that account secure.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to break any law or Discord policy;
• harass, threaten, or harm other users, or use the Service to facilitate abuse;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other servers, or other users' data;
• bypass, disable, or circumvent paid features, entitlement checks, or usage controls;
• copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service or access to it, except as allowed by law;
• scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• upload malware or any content that infringes the rights of others.

The Service offers free features and paid plans. Paid plans are sold and processed by a third-party payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. When you buy a paid plan, your purchase is made through Lemon Squeezy and its terms apply to the transaction.

Prices, currencies, taxes, and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Periodic plans renew automatically for the selected period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Lifetime plans do not renew. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Premium features are listed inside the portal. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If you stop having an active paid plan, you will no longer be able to create new premium configuration, but configuration that already exists is not deleted.

You keep ownership of the content, settings, and configuration you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and support the Service.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that any feature will continue to be available.

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and signing out of the portal. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure, or if we are required to by law. When these Terms end, your right to use the Service ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Morocco.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
